Is it possible to have two Business Manager accounts connected to Madgicx?

Yes, as long as the Facebook profile you’re connecting has access to each business’s assets in the Business Suite or Business Manager (depending on which is available to you). In fact, you’ll be able to see all the ad accounts your profile has access to and choose which ones to add to your Madgicx plan so they’re accessible in the app. If you’re experiencing any issues with your Meta integration, be sure to connect with our support team via live chat.

What’s the difference between domain and pixel tracking?

To clarify, Pixel tracking is based solely on the Meta Pixel data, while domain tracking includes aggregated events measurement based on your website’s domain. This means that with domain tracking enabled, you can accurately track user actions on your website. Using the Conversions API is mandatory on Meta to ensure you have a comprehensive tracking system in place to record this activity.

How does Madgicx’s Audience Mixer calculate potential reach?

Meta’s potential reach is an estimation based on sample data applied worldwide. The actual reach may differ and is only calculated once the audience is created. As such, the same calculation is used in Madgicx. Furthermore, once the audience is launched, its actual size will start appearing in insights on both Meta and Madgicx as it gathers the data. 

The reason why the estimated and actual audience sizes vary is that it depends greatly on the location you’re targeting, as well as the targeting parameters you’ve configured in the ad set settings.

Does Madgicx support SDK integrations?

Madgicx primarily works with the Meta Pixel to track website activity, but we partly support Facebook SDK. Our automation and analytics tools should work perfectly for SDK. However, we currently don’t support creating audiences based on SDK event tracking.

Is it possible to create an audience of people who watch my videos on other platforms like YouTube?

No, this isn’t possible. Facebook only allows for uploading a customer list for this kind of targeting. It doesn’t support cross-platform targeting. If you have access to this data, you can upload it as a custom audience by uploading a customer list to the Meta Ads Manager.

Can I use retargeting and retention audiences if I don’t have a website?

While having a website is ideal, options are still available for both retargeting and retention campaigns.
For re-engagement, you can create custom audiences of your Facebook and Instagram fans and users who’ve watched your videos and ads, and you can target users who’ve engaged with your social media pages.

Then, for retention, you can upload a customer list to the Meta Ads Manager to create a custom audience based on these details. You need to export the list from your email subscriber list, a CRM, or similar. By doing this, you can target your existing customers with ads to drive further engagement and repeat sales.
