In general, your dedicated designer is always assigned to you. However, since our designers are working in different time zones, there may be times when we need to reassign the project to another designer, especially if the project is time-sensitive.

Yes, you can sign up for Madgicx and add Sparkle to your plan to try out your choice of plans. Head to “Your subscriptions” in the settings menu, scroll down to “Recommended Add-Ons,” and click the “Get Converting Ads” button in the Sparkle one.

You have unlimited revisions with Sparkle ♾️

This depends entirely on your package. The ‘Unlimited’ plan allows you to have an unlimited number of requests with 3 open briefs at a time, while the ‘Auto Ads’ package gives you 4 ads per month.

You can add as many as you like! This is unlimited.

Go to the Creatives menu to find Briefs (Sparkle) in the Main Madgicx menu on the left. 

You’ll see all of your open and closed tasks there. Click on each one to bring up the full view on the right.
