Can't find what you're looking for?

Why are the ads I’m looking for not showing up on the Ad Launcher?

Try these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Start by selecting a longer time frame in the top right corner of the Ad Launcher
  2. Madgicx will only display campaigns, ad sets, and ads that have at least one impression; if your ads do not have impressions, you can find them by searching for the ad ID within Ad Launcher.

If you can’t resolve the issue, contact our support team via our chat support.

Can I launch ads from the Ad Launcher into new ad sets?

You can only launch ads into existing ad sets using the Ad Launcher. To launch a new ad set, you must create one using the Audience Launcher.

When do automation tactics reset?

There are four types of automation tactics:

  • Revive
  • Stop Loss
  • Sunsetting
  • Surf

Stop Loss and Surf are triggered based on your today's performance and reset at midnight (or a different time you set). Revive and Sunsetting, however, never reset.

Revive triggers depending on performance within a time frame of your choice. Sunsetting occurs gradually over time, reducing the budget over several days before finally pausing the ad set when the performance drops to the level you specify.

What do “Long Term Budget Optimization” strategies do?

The Long-Term Budget Optimization strategies optimize your campaign budget, analyzing your performance across various time frames to make wiser optimization decisions. Madgicx calculates suggested performance metrics.

The budget changes in this strategy are relatively conservative, triggering minor increases or decreases based on performance. The automation can only trigger once every three days

What do the “Maximize Daily Campaigns/Ad Sets Profits” strategies do?

These strategies constantly increase budgets that are performing really well to ensure the asset keeps spending as long as it’s profitable.

This automation is set to trigger once the asset is close to utilizing its entire daily budget, as long as it is above a certain ROAS level. The budget will automatically reset at midnight but may trigger multiple times a day (checks every 15 minutes) to ensure the asset keeps running as long as it drives results.

The automation pauses at 23:00 so as not to waste your budget at the end of the day.

What do the “Penalize Low Performing Campaigns/Ad Sets” strategies do?

These automation strategies will help you “penalize” assets that are underperforming. For example, if the asset gathered enough impressions but the ROAS is low, Madgicx reduces its budget. These automation strategies protect your budget on a daily basis.

They also take into consideration outbound clicks, the cost per outbound click, and add-to-carts. The strategy starts 5 hours into the day to check the early performance. If the early signs aren’t good enough, the automation reduces the budget for these assets.
