Add more metrics to the Business Dashboard by clicking the edit button at the top right of the page. Drag and drop the widget type you want to use into one of the empty spaces at the bottom. Click the box so you can edit the data you want to show.

Yes! 🥳Just use the AI Ad Generator to create a new batch of AI-generated ads based on any image ad you find in the Ad Library.

As long as it’s an image or carousel ad, you can create new ads based on it with the AI Ad Generator. Simply click the Ad Gen AI button that shows when you hover over an image ad in the Ad Library.

A prompt window will open where the ad creative will automatically appear. Slide on the “Advanced options” toggle and fill in the description of how you want your ad to look. Add the text and any other details to include, and click “Start AI Generation” to make a batch of ads.

Plus, you can make edits with the AI Image Editor and launch your ad straight from Madgicx.

If you want to change the name of any widget in your report, click on that widget, and switch to the "Appearance" tab on the left-side menu. there, you may edit the title and subtitle as you wish.

I cannot see my Facebook ad data in Madgicx. What do I do?

Sometimes, Meta loses its connection to Madgicx, meaning your data won't display. This can happen for a number of reasons, such as when you make changes to your Meta ad account or update admin permissions.

Here are the steps to reconnect Meta to Madgicx:

1. Refresh your ad account data to refetch it. Click the refresh button on the right of the ad account in question on the Manage connected ad accounts page and wait a few moments.

2. If refreshing your connection doesn’t work, you should reauthenticate your ad account to reconnect it to Madgicx on the Manage connected ad accounts page.

3. Check your ad data on both Meta and Madgicx over the same timeframe to confirm they're the same.
