I cannot see my Facebook ad data in Madgicx. What do I do?
Sometimes, Meta loses its connection to Madgicx, meaning your data won't display. This can happen for a number of reasons, such as when you make changes to your Meta ad account or update admin permissions.
Here are the steps to reconnect Meta to Madgicx:
- Refresh your ad account data to refetch it. Click the refresh button on the right of the ad account in question on the Manage connected ad accounts page and wait a few moments.
- If refreshing your connection doesn’t work, you should reauthenticate your ad account to reconnect it to Madgicx on the Manage connected ad accounts page.
- Check your ad data on both Meta and Madgicx over the same timeframe to confirm they're the same.
