1. Account Structure Audit

For: anyone who's inherited an ad account, runs >5 campaigns, or hasn't audited in a quarter.

A full structural audit of your Meta account — campaign objectives, naming conventions, budget allocation, ad set counts, audience overlap, and creative refresh cadence. Claude flags what's misconfigured and ranks fixes by impact.

Prompt:

/account-structure-audit run this on [your ad account’s name]

2. Ad Performance Report (in-chat)

For: the morning check-in — what's working, what's bleeding, what changed since yesterday.

Pulls a clean performance report into the conversation: top and bottom ads by spend, ROAS, CPA, and CTR for the time window you choose. No exporting, no dashboards — read it, act on it, move on.

3. Audience Segment Personas

For: marketers who need to understand who is converting before they decide what to say to them.

Reads your converting audiences and turns them into named personas with demographics, behaviors, and likely motivations — useful input for new creative briefs, landing page copy, or audience expansion ideas.

/audience-segment-personas run this on [your ad account’s name]

4. Activity Performance Analyzer

For: answering "what did we change last week, and did it actually work?"

Cross-references the changes made in your ad account (budget edits, new ad sets, status changes) against the performance shifts that followed. You learn which moves are paying off and which to roll back.

Prompt:

/activity-performance-analyzer run this on [your ad account’s name]

5. Budget Optimizer

For: the recurring "where should the next $1,000 go?" question.

Looks at performance across your campaigns and ad sets and proposes a budget reallocation — what to scale, what to cut, what to hold. Suggestions only; nothing changes until you say so (or until you've enabled write-tools "Always allow" and ask Claude to apply it).

Prompt:

/budget-optimizer run this on [your ad account’s name]
