Notes about your Klaviyo data in Madgicx

Understanding some key points about the Klaviyo data you will see in Madgicx is essential.

  1. It can take up to 2 hours to sync your Klaviyo data when you first connect it with Madgicx.
  2. We pull the raw data on events that occur in Klaviyo and calculate the metrics in Madgicx.
  3. For metrics like open rate, we calculate them using the unique number of users for each message ID, which is your email. This means that if a recipient opens your email multiple times, it will only be counted once.
  4. Our metrics may differ slightly from the values you see on your Klaviyo dashboard. This is because Klaviyo doesn’t provide an API for part of the data and doesn’t publicly share how their calculations are done.
  5. Madgicx will only pull through metrics from Klaviyo directly and not from any other integrated systems or tools.
  6. Klaviyo data is synced once daily.
