How to add/remove accounts
You can add/remove accounts in the Ad Accounts section under Settings.
Navigate there by clicking on your profile icon.
From here, you can add and remove Facebook and Google accounts by clicking on the relevant buttons highlighted above.
Accounts that havenât been added will show an orange status and will have the button âAdd to plan.â
How to add/remove Facebook ad accounts
Once youâve added the Facebook account, you will need to save the changes by clicking on the button in the bottom right-hand corner.
To remove a Facebook ad account, click on the trash-can icon (đď¸) in the far right-side column. Following this, you will be prompted to confirm the action.
How to add/remove Google Ad accounts
To add a Google account, click on the âAdd Google Accountâ button in the bottom right-hand corner of the page.
In the window that appears, select your ad accounts.
You are then prompted to upload logos.
Drag and drop your logos into the window.
Once you have connected Google Ads, you will be prompted to connect Google Analytics.
To do so, find your account in the dropdown list and click Save.
Thatâs it! đ
Your Google ad account will now be connected and appear in the Google Ad Accounts section.
To remove an ad account, simply click the trash-can icon (đď¸) to the far right of the asset.
Can I view multiple Google/Meta/TikTok/Shopify accounts in a single report?
Sure! You can connect as many accounts as you need to Madgicx and then authenticate them for One-Click Report.
How can I add more metrics?
You can add more metrics to a report by navigating to the bottom in the editor and clicking on one of the empty spaces, in which a plus sign should appear. Then select what visualization you would like for the metric and set up the widget as you please.

I can't access my Madgicx account
If you canât access your Madgicx account, double check that you are using the right email and password and retry to log in.
If you still cannot log in, try resetting your password.
