How to add or remove ad accounts in Madgicx

Add or remove ad accounts in Madgicx by going to “Manage connected ad accounts” in the settings panel. 

To get there, click on your profile icon at the bottom left of the screen to open the settings menu.

From here, you can add Facebook and Google accounts to Madgicx by clicking on the buttons highlighted in green above. You can remove ad accounts by clicking the trashcan icon next to the relevant ad account (circled in red in the screenshot above).

How to add Facebook ad accounts

To add another Facebook ad account to Madgicx, you must click the “Add Facebook Account” button at the top right of the “Facebook Ad Accounts” section. 

A popup will appear showing the Meta ad accounts that you can connect to Madgicx. 

The green status button on the left shows an ad account is connected. An orange button shows it’s available to add to Madgicx, and a red button shows you are unable to connect the ad account because you don’t have the right access permission.

Click the “Add to plan” button to include the ad account in your Madgicx subscription.

Once you add an ad account, the button will say “Added,” and the summary of your subscription costs will update so you can see how the price differs before you save the changes. 

When you’re finished, click the blue “Save” button to make the changes.

How to remove a Facebook ad account in Madgicx

To remove a Facebook ad account, click on the trashcan icon in the far right column alongside the name. 

You’ll go to the “Manage subscription” page. Here, you must confirm the ad account you want to remove by clicking the “Remove” button in the column highlighted below.

To finalize your new subscription amount, click the purple “Maximize Your Ad Performance” button to save the changes. 

How to add/remove Google Ad accounts

To add a Google account, click on the “Add Google Account” button in the bottom right-hand corner of the “Manage connected ad accounts” page in “Settings.”

In the window that appears, select your ad accounts.

The owner of the ad account will get an email requesting approval to add the Google Ads account to Madgicx. The owner must accept the request by clicking the “Accept Request” button in the email before resuming the process on Madgicx.

Once approved and you refresh the “Manage connected ad accounts” page, your Google Ads Account will show in Madgicx. The green status button shows it’s connected to Madgicx. If it displays as red or orange, you should reauthenticate your connection by clicking the “Reauthenticate” button at the top right.

You may also upload up to 5 logos in both square and landscape formats by clicking the blue “Upload logos” button.

Drag and drop your logos into the window, or click the “Upload” button to find them on your computer.

Should you wish to remove a Google ad account, simply click the trash-can icon to the far right of the asset.
