Frequently asked questions
Can I view multiple Google/Meta/TikTok/Shopify accounts in a single report?
Sure! You can connect as many accounts as you need to Madgicx and then authenticate them for One-Click Report.
Can I export data from One-Click Report to share with my clients?
Sure. You can download the report as a PDF.
Can I use the Meta Dashboard (formerly Facebook Dashboard) to create reports for my clients?
Sure, you can even automate the reports you send and white label them with your branding:
How can I save a specific report?
Reports save automatically.
How can I save the audiences I create?
Save audiences in the Audience mixer by clicking the “Save audience selection” button in the top-right corner of the mixer. You need to assign the audience a name and here it is best to be as detailed as possible so you don’t get confused about which audience is which later on.
What is Automated Reporting?
Automated Reporting generates a short PDF summary of your Madgicx performance. You can customize the metrics used in the report, and decide who to send it to and when.
To apply this feature, click the "Automated Reporting" button at the top of the Facebook Dashboard:
You can choose between daily, weekly, or monthly automated reports; sent at your preferred time and to your desired recipients.
You can also white label the report and customize it with the metrics you want to show.
