What happens when you exceed your plan’s spend limit
If you exceed the ad spend limit of your plan as a monthly user, Madgicx’s system will automatically upgrade your plan to the next tier. Quarterly and annual users will be upgraded for that month when exceeding the plan limit.
Monthly plans
Once you reach 105% of your ad spend package, the system automatically upgrades you to the next package.
When you exceed your tier spend limit and are moved to the next spending tier, you will be upgraded to the new tier automatically for subsequent months.
Quarterly/annual plans
For all spending tiers, Madgicx automatically moves you to the next spending tier for that month only, and you are billed for the difference between the monthly plan of your spending tier and the monthly plan of the new tier.
Note: the surcharge uses the monthly fee, not the discounted fee for paying quarterly or annually.
For example, if you are on an annual plan that costs $135 per month ($169 per month without the discount for paying annually) and exceeds the plan's spending limits (ad spend of over $10,000), the auto-upgrade will bill you for the difference between the monthly costs of the plans ($169 and $305): $136.
We will tell you about the changes
Whenever you exceed the spend limit, we will email you to notify you about the change in your billing.

How do I change my billing details
To change your current payment settings
- Go to Settings
- Select the "Payments" tab
- Scroll down to "Billing Information" and click "Edit"
What are the trial limitations?
Madgicx's 7-day free trial offers almost all of our services as we want you to have a good idea of what this app can do for you.
The following limitations are applied to trial accounts:
- Time limitation of 7 days (if necessary the trial can be extended - contact the support team)
- Up to 10 Audience creations from within the launcher tool
- eRFM AI audiences will not be available during the trial
Note: only one trial is available per Facebook ad account.
