How can I change my account information?
You can change your Madgicx account information from the User Profile section of the Settings page.
To edit your email address or password, click on the relevant pencil icon.
To change your email address or password, you will need your current password.
If you don’t know your password, you will have to reset it.
Note
- Editing the email address through this panel will only change the recipient address for future communications from us; it will not change the email address you use to log in
- If you are signed in through your Facebook or Shopify account, you cannot change your password here

How do I change my billing details
To change your current payment settings
- Go to Settings
- Select the "Payments" tab
- Scroll down to "Billing Information" and click "Edit"
I can't access my Madgicx account
If you can’t access your Madgicx account, double check that you are using the right email and password and retry to log in.
If you still cannot log in, try resetting your password.
What do I do if my Facebook ad account has been blocked/deleted?
