How can I change my Madgicx user account information?

You can change your Madgicx account information from the User Profile section of the Settings page.

You can easily update your Madgicx account information by going to the Settings menu, clicking “Manage connected ad accounts,” and then clicking the User Profile tab at the top of the page.

On the “User Profile” page, click the “Edit User Info” button.

You can then edit your phone number and click “Save” when you’re done.

Note

Editing the email address through this panel will only change the recipient address for future communications from us. It will not change the email address you use to log into Madgicx.
