I can’t see Facebook ads data in Madgicx

If you can’t see Facebook ad data in Madgicx, first try to reauthenticate in the Settings of the Madgicx.

If the problem persists, you will need to go to the Facebook Business Settings by clicking on the ⚙️ icon in the bottom-left corner.

On the page that loads, under “Users”, select “People”, find your name in the list on the right, and click on it.

On the right side of the screen, a panel below should open up. When it does, find the ad account that you need permissions for and click on it to reveal which permissions you have. 

 If you don’t have manage permissions (“Full control”), you will need to activate this toggle or ask your admin for the permissions.

If you can’t see your page, you need to “Add Assets”.

A window opens where you need to choose the page you want to add and grant yourself maximum access to it by enabling “Manage Page”. Then click “Save Changes”. Again, if you don’t have admin access, your admin will need to do this for you.

Do the same for “Catalogs” to ensure you have full access.

Lastly, go to Madgicx's Settings and click “Reauthenticate”.
